In 2018, Lift Disability Network purposed to “Emerge” whole, CONNECTED and strong! This fall we will continue to work hard on a few key initiatives to ensure our ministry CONNECTS to families and individuals living with disability, helping them to elevate life! In order to reach our program goals this fall our goal is $75,000.
1. Our Space Needs
We have a HOME where we can CONNECT! Our new central offices will be located at 611 Business Park Blvd, Suite 5, Winter Garden, FL. Go by and see our new sign! We are currently working to complete the process of a build out and hope to open our doors this fall.
How can you get involved?
- Pray for the right contractors and materials needed to finish building our home.
- Donate funds to complete the $50,000 project!
2. Our BOOST Monthly Events
We have expanded to 2 new locations and have plans for more in 2019!
How can you get involved?
- Volunteer with programming! Become a lead at a monthly event venue.
- Gather a group (friends, co-workers, neighbors) and sponsor a day or evening of programming for $500. Then come serve together at the event.
3. Our Family Wholeness Center Program
We’re excited about taking our Family Wholeness Center Program to the next level. We will be working hard to pilot this referral network and direct services approach to caring for our Lift community.
How can you get involved?
- Volunteer 10-12 hours a week in the office to help build our referral network.
- Give toward staff dollars to continue to develop this program.
Join Our Funding and Ambassador Teams
We have sent the word out about our financial goals and needs, but we want to take it one step further. We want to develop a team of people who are actively raising funds for our work and who are actively introducing people to Lift.
How can you get involved?
- Volunteer as a fundraiser or Lift advocate.
- Share Lift with your friends and family regularly.
- Become a monthly donor to Lift or give a one-time gift to fund our work.
