Rhonette AKA Rhonni holds a Degree in Business Management, which equips her with a deep understanding of the importance of strong teamwork in achieving a higher purpose. Her educational and occupational background makes her a valuable office resource for the leadership of Lift and the future development of the organization. Having gladly left the hustle and bustle of the hospitality industry behind, she is thrilled to make the mission of Lift her lifelong work, serving alongside her husband and longtime partner in crime.

As a full-time caregiver to Jim, her hubby, Rhonni finds it best to take each day as it comes and laugh—a lot! When she is not at her desk, you’ll find Rhonette enjoying a good book, knitting, or laughing and sharing stories with friends.
