Letter from Jim…
Beginning with our 2017 year-end campaign, Lift Disability Network established the goal to “EMERGE” as a viable example of what God can do when we give Him all that we have. That was exactly what took place.
The generosity of our donors, the time of our volunteers, and the receptive hearts of our families provided the strength needed for Lift to invest more in 2018. The results has been an emerging ministry that has gained greater presence within the West Orange County of Central Florida by opening the doors of our first ministry center in Winter Garden, FL. For 13 years, the organization operated out of our home. How awesome it has been to see the potential of ministry grow and EMERGE as a living impact for our community.
Additionally, in 2018 we secured a director for our MO program and strengthened our programming staff in FL. New ministry opportunities that were developed out of these additions have provided greater moments for our families to engage and find greater community.
The ministry family of Lift Disability Network invested so that more people living with disabilities every day could “EMERGE” from the isolation of their adversity and began to live out a new vision for their future. Together we will see families live healthier in 2019 and rise above their greatest dreams.
Thank you for being a part the Emergence of LIFE. You are making a difference.

Our Impact
In 2018, you once again made a difference in the lives of individuals and families living with disabilities. The participants, volunteers, corporate partners, and donors together elevated Lift Disability Network to another banner year. Through your efforts and involvement our organization experienced a 8% overall increase in its impact. This is the fifth consecutive year of increase and you made that happen.
While the true impact of an organization is not seen in its numbers, these outcomes represent lives changed. For every number there is a story. The bottom line is your engagement with Lift Disability Network continues to let individuals and families discover a new vision for their future. For that, we are truly grateful.
BOOST Monthly Event Program
In Florida and Missouri, members of our Lift family enjoy gathering together on a monthly basis! At these events, families and individuals with disabilities have an opportunity to experience fun, food, community and a themed event or recreational activity.
BREAKAWAY Summer Camp
Breakaway summer camp serves families and individuals impacted by disabilities of all types. It’s a four to five day experience during which each camper with a disability is partnered with a personal buddy for the entire camp experience. Camp provides opportunities for participants to feel loved for their uniqueness, to push the boundaries of their disability and to meet a community of people who are passionate about serving the disability community.
