Lift Disability Network offers several programs in Missouri! We work hard to help families and individuals facing disability to overcome the negative impact of disability and discover a new approach to life. We don’t see disability…we see you!
Breakaway Family Summer Camp
Breakaway Summer Camp is a four or five-day family retreat designed to provide relaxation, recreation and spiritual renewal for the disability family. Each child, teen or adult camper with a disability is matched to a crew member we call their buddy for the week. Our buddies and programming staff serve each family with individualized attention and lots of love. At its core, Breakaway Camp is an opportunity for the disability family to connect to a loving God.

Lift Monthly Events
Lift Disability Network understands disability, including the fatigue and isolation families sometimes experience. So we want to create a community of individuals and families impacted by disability. At monthly events you can expect food, recreational activities and times of inspiration, and at the end of the time we all go home with our life elevated.

We believe when an individual is challenged to pursue recreation and sport and be pushed throughout and beyond their comfort zone, that physical independence, confidence, and a newfound spiritual dependence on God’s strength alone to do ALL things occurs.  It is a powerful thing.  Adaptive programming is imperative to open the doors to individuals to show them that they can ride a bike, play sports, enjoy spending time with their family outdoors, and more.  We believe that overcoming in the physical realm through recreation and sport transcends to so many other life-changing blessings that God can bring about through this simple opportunity.  Overcoming barriers physically equals true freedom spiritually and allows for healing emotionally.
