Your participation in our 2019 tournament will allow Lift Disability Network to inspire more families to discover, to believe, and to live out new dreams for their future. As you tee off, YOU play an important role in bringing hope to families that are overwhelmed by life circumstances.
You have a couple of options to complete your registration. Should you prefer, below you will find a space to pay for your golf today by credit card. If you would like to pay by check, please make it payable to Lift Disability Network. You may mail your payment to our offices at PO Box 770607 Winter Garden, FL 34787. To make arrangements to pay for your registration the morning of the event, just drop a note to us at lift@liftdisability.net. Again, thank you.
