2019 Golf Tournament

The Lift golf tournament raises funds to support Lift Disabilities Network’s ongoing family programs! Some of these programs include our summer and winter retreats, monthly family events, GiveBack (a community giving opportunity) and day to day family support.
Golfers can put together a foursome or register as an individual.
